Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Welcome to Aspirant Infotech. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aspirantinfo.com (the “Site”) and any services, engagements, or communications you enter into with Aspirant Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you (“you”, “the client”, or “the user”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Definitions

“Services” means the technology, finance, legal support, and growth-marketing services described on the Site or in a signed agreement.

“Engagement” means a specific piece of work governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, or retainer.

“Content” means all text, graphics, logos, and materials on the Site.

“Deliverables” means the work products we create for you under an Engagement.

2. About Us

Aspirant Infotech is a business solutions company providing integrated services across technology, finance, legal support, and growth marketing to startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

Our India headquarters is at Floor 21, Bazar No. 5, Ramganj Mandi, Kota, Rajasthan – 326519, India, with offices in Ambler, Pennsylvania and Los Angeles, California, United States.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you act on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Content except as permitted in these Terms.

We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

5. Enquiries, Quotes & No Guarantee of Engagement

Information on the Site describes our Services in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer.

Submitting a contact form, FAQ enquiry, or meeting request creates no contract and no obligation on either party.

An Engagement begins only when a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or retainer is signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed engagement documents prevail.

6. Services & Engagement Models

We offer Services under models that may include fixed-scope projects, retainers, dedicated teams, and, for eligible early-stage startups, a hybrid equity-plus-cash arrangement.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment schedule for any Engagement are defined in the applicable signed agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any project or enquiry at our discretion.

7. Fees & Payment

Fees, currency, taxes, and payment terms are set out in the applicable engagement agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Invoices are payable within 15 / 30 days of the invoice date, as specified in the applicable agreement.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of work and/or interest at the applicable rate or terms as permitted by law.
  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which are charged in addition where required.
  • Any equity-based component is governed by its own separate written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Site Content

All Content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Aspirant Infotech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse it without our prior written permission.

Work Product

Ownership of Deliverables is governed by the signed engagement agreement. As a general principle, and unless the agreement states otherwise, ownership of final paid-for Deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, while we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.

We may reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless the engagement agreement restricts this.

9. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver on time, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access, materials, or credentials reasonably required for an Engagement.

Delays caused by outstanding client inputs may affect agreed timelines and are not our responsibility.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during discussions or Engagements and to use it only for the purpose of the Engagement.

Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, that NDA governs. This obligation survives termination of the Engagement.

11. Third-Party Services & Partners

We may work alongside independent third parties — including law-firm partners such as Patidar & Dixit and CLAC & CO. and technology or infrastructure providers — to deliver certain Services.

Where a Service is provided by an independent partner, that partner is responsible for its own advice and work product.

Links on the Site to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Nature of Legal, Financial & Advisory Services

Our legal offerings include paralegal, contract support, documentation, and administrative services.

Except where Services are delivered by a licensed attorney or law firm through a formal attorney–client relationship, our legal services do not constitute legal advice and do not create an attorney–client relationship.

Similarly, financial and business support is provided for operational purposes and does not constitute regulated investment, tax, or audit advice unless expressly agreed in writing with an appropriately licensed professional.

You should obtain independent professional advice where required.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Statistics, case examples, and testimonials on the Site reflect specific past Engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspirant Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or our Services.

The total aggregate liability in connection with any Engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that Engagement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aspirant Infotech and its team from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Term & Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Site. Either party may end an Engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable signed agreement.

On termination, you remain responsible for fees for Services performed up to the termination date, and clauses intended to survive — including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — continue to apply.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, acts of government, or other force-majeure events.

Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

18. Privacy

Information you submit through Site forms, such as your name, email, phone number, and message, is used to respond to your enquiry and provide our Services.

We handle this information in line with our Privacy Policy .

We do not sell your personal information.

19. General

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Waiver

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of our business.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed engagement documents, form the entire agreement between you and Aspirant Infotech regarding the Site and Services.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest version took effect.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any different provision in a signed engagement agreement, the courts at Kota, Rajasthan, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site.
